Wyly, Liz

Liz Wyly trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and at Bloomington, Indiana, She joined the viola section of the Orchestra of Opera North in 1985, and in 1996 she founded the Café Band with her OON colleagues, after hearing similar small groups play in St. Mark’s Square, Venice. Many small hours have since been spent arranging music for this unusual but satisfying combination of instruments.
